How do I return an item?

Refund/Return Policy:

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us, please contact Customer Support immediately by emailing us at within 7 days of receiving your order. A refund will be issued once we receive the item back minus a 15% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.

PLEASE NOTE: There are no returns or store credits issued for custom diecuts or titles.
