10/5/17 - FALL CROP WEEKEND - EARLY BIRD PACKAGE
If you have already signed up for the October, 2017 / Fall Crop Weekend Get-Away and would like to join us for the Early Bird Package,
please register here.
Early Bird package is perfect for those of you who want to get a head
start on the weekend! Enables you to set-up and start crafting/scrapping
the night before the event officially starts.
WHAT IS THE EARLY BIRD PACKAGE / WHAT DOES THE EARLY BIRD PACKAGE ENTITLE ME TO:
*** PLEASE NOTE: General admission for non-Early Bird attendees is at 10:00 AM on Friday morning ***To be fair to everyone, if you do not register in advance for the Early Bird
Package but decide at the last minute to come and set up your space, you will be charged for the
Early Bird package.
- Enter the Crop/Event Room at 9:00 PM on Thursday night (October 5th), set up and organize your crafting station. Catch up with your peeps or meet new ones!
- Crop until Midnight
- NEW FOR 2017 - Those that sign up for the Early Bird admission will be able to enter the Crop Room at 9:00 AM on Friday morning
10/6/17 - FALL CROP WEEKEND - ERGONOMIC ROLLING CHAIR
If you have already signed up for the October, 2017 / Fall Crop Weekend event, you can opt
for an ergonomic rolling chair at your cropping space as an "add-on". Perfect for those long
hours or for those with a bad back. If not, you will automatically be supplied
with a regular padded banquet chair at your space.

Date: Friday, October 6th starting at 10:00 AM through Sunday, October 8th until 3:00 PM
Place: Homewood Suites by Hilton located at 125 State Route 17 (South) in East
Rutherford, New Jersey
TOTAL WEEKEND CROP ADMISSION IS $299.00 per

We have selected a Harry Potter theme for this event to make it more fun and interactive.
The price includes: Your cropping space (3 feet); lunch and dinner on Friday; light breakfast, lunch, dinner and late night dessert on Saturday, as well as snacks and beverages all through-out
PLEASE NOTE: We will have separate raffle prizes and the proceeds will be donated to The America Cancer Society
A nonrefundable deposit of $100 is required at the
time of registration. If the balance is not paid 30 days prior
to an event, an additional $25 late charge fee will be applied. There are no
refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of the start of an event nor any
transfers to a future event.
*** If you decide to stay over at the hotel, please make reservations on your
own by calling the Homewood Suites at (201) 460-9030 and ask for the Scrap-a-Doodle-Doo group rate. ***
